Cage Frame System
Constructed with zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy materials (zinc 275g/m², aluminum 11%, magnesium 3%) for superior anti-corrosion performance and extended service life. Features high-strength plate vertical beams (40mm*30mm) and 1.0mm thick feed troughs. The mesh uses aluminum-zinc alloy wires with excellent anti-corrosion properties, no burrs, good elasticity, and reduced broken eggs.
Trolley Feeding System
Patented design with simple structure, uniform feeding distribution, and easy operation. Each hopper includes transparent observation ports and large capacity to meet feeding requirements. Dust-proof covers minimize dust contamination.
Drinking System
Double water lines with individual cage water supply for easy inspection. Patented double-needle cassette nipples prevent debris blockage. Dual water supplies at the front end ensure adequate drinking water. Features terminal drainage and backwash water devices for efficient cleaning.
Manure Cleaning System

High-strength chain transmission for smooth operation and low maintenance. Polypropylene (PP) egg belts provide strong tension and resistance to prevent egg displacement and reduce cracked eggs. Egg leakage device screens out broken and soft eggs to minimize cross-contamination.

Munter AC2000 controller for stable performance and precise control. Beautiful cabinet-type electrical control cabinet with automatic and manual controls. 30/50mm insulation board wind deflectors with aluminum alloy frames. Anti-pulling devices prevent wire rope breakage.
Lighting System
LED red light bulbs specifically designed for animal husbandry with dimming system for gradual light adjustment. Timed switches and separate controls reduce chicken stress and prevent pecking behaviors.
Automatic Control System
