Our advanced layer cage system is engineered for optimal poultry farming efficiency and chicken health, featuring durable construction with premium materials.
Cage Frame Construction
- Structural support composed of beam, beam hook, buckle, and other supports
- Middle support processed as single piece for ≤8 layers or two sections for >8 layers
- Middle support dimensions: 40mm×30mm×40mm (thickness: 1.8/2.0/2.5mm)
- Material: 440 Mg-Al-Zn alloy with 275g/m² coating (Al 10%, Mg 3%)
- Head/tail supports: 40mm×30mm×2.0mm rectangular tubes
- Big head support: 60mm×40mm×2.0mm rectangular tubes
- Tail stand supports: 40mm×20mm×2.0mm rectangular tubes
- All components welded and hot-dipped in zinc for maximum durability
Cage Body Specifications
- Constructed from Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire through straightening, welding, and assembly
- Includes top net, bottom net, front net, back net, and cage door
- Top net features dense grid pattern for security
