Key Features
- Optimized mesh grid prevents chickens from being trapped while allowing manure to pass through, minimizing egg contamination. The cage provides ample space for natural movement with a high-strength frame that ensures structural integrity.
- Durable troughs made of high-strength Al-Mg-Zn alloy (10% Al, 3% Mg) with thickness options of 0.95mm or 0.98mm. Features smooth surfaces for easy cleaning and comes in two versions: flanged edge (0.98mm) or standard (0.95mm).
- Efficient manure system with plastic nylon spiral roller prevents accumulation. Burr-free Al-Zn-Mg alloy brackets withstand heavy loads without deformation. Curved bracket design ensures stable belt tracking and prevents manure spillage.
- Specialized lighting with 7W waterproof, dustproof red LED bulbs (220V DC). Provides flicker-free, dimmable illumination to reduce stress and pecking behaviors. Includes dimmer, integrated lamp cord, and mounting hardware.
